What Official Warranty Covers

What Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, broken exterior parts)
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidental drops, or improper installation
  • Water, fire, flood, lightning, natural disasters, or electrical power surge damage
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing conducted outside authorized service centers
  • Missing, tampered, or altered serial numbers, warranty stickers, or product labels
  • Commercial, heavy-duty, or industrial usage damage for residential household products
  • Consumable accessories (batteries, adapters, remotes, filters, cables, etc.) unless explicitly specified by the manufacturer

* Accessories and consumable items are generally excluded from warranty coverage unless explicitly noted.

How to Send via Courier

  1. Securely pack the product and send it via your preferred courier service.
  2. Send the package directly to our central address:

  3. Alternatively, you may deliver it in person to our Mirpur Service Center.
  4. Share the tracking/courier details and purchase invoice with our customer support.
  5. Our team will inspect and coordinate the service. We will return it via courier once complete.
Within Warranty Period:Sheba Electronics will bear all incoming and outgoing courier charges.
Out of Warranty / Excluded:Customer will bear both service charges and two-way courier shipping costs.

Important Warranty Notes

Please review these critical terms to avoid unintentional voiding of your product warranty.

Warranty coverage and duration differ by brand, product category, and intended usage (household vs. commercial).

The valid warranty period starts from the date of purchase mentioned on the original retail invoice.

Sheba Electronics reserves the right to physically inspect and run diagnostics before approving any warranty service.

Any unauthorized repair attempts, servicing, or opening of the product by local technicians automatically voids the warranty.

Physical damage, structural cracks, and liquid damage are not covered under warranty unless explicitly stated by the brand.
