Return Policy

At Sheba Electronics, users may return a product at the time of delivery or within  (7 to 10 working days) from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product does not meet the user’s expectations in terms of quality or quantity

  • The product is found damaged during delivery

  • The product is received in an unhealthy or unexpected condition

  • The user is not satisfied with the packaging

  • The product is unusable for its intended purpose

To initiate a return, the user must contact our support team within the eligible return period and provide valid proof, such as images or relevant details, to support the claim.

Once the return request is approved, the return process will be completed within (7 to 10 working days).

If a product or service is not eligible for return, or if no return policy applies to a specific product or service, this will be clearly mentioned on the respective service page or during the purchase process.

All return requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
